Dear Parents,

The Secretary of Public Education has advised the administrative staff of Westhill Institute to cancel regularly scheduled classes this coming Monday, 12 December 2011. Information has become available that indicates large numbers of people will be traveling in pilgrimages from Toluca on their way to the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Because of already existing construction in the areas surrounding the school, traffic congestion may prohibit students from arriving and departing from the school facilities safely on that day. We are certain you will understand and appreciate this change of schedule and we sincerely hope you will enjoy this unexpected holiday.
As you all know, our Winter Concert was scheduled on Tuesday 13th, but because of this situation we will change our general rehearsal for the 13th, and the Winter Concert will be on Wednesday 14th at 9:00am at the school's amphitheatre.

We would also like to remind you to please send the money for the concert's costumes as soon as possible, $350.00 for elementary and $140.00 for kinder, children have to come on the 14th at 7:45am wearing the costume. Costumes will be delivered at school from Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th.
