Dear Parents,

Monday Sept 26th marks the beginning of our academic after school program. This program is mandatory for all students who must make up classes from previous semester at Westhill or other schools. Students who are required to go to after school will have received a letter yesterday or may receive one today outlining all the information about the after school program and the classes they must take. On Monday students will be required to stay only for 1 hour to receive all information about their classes, teachers, and days they must come to class. Also, new this year, we are looking to offer a homework session depending on parent/student interest. This session would give students a chance to work with a teacher 1 hour a night (3:45 to 4:45, Monday through Thursday) to complete homework and get extra help. It would carry the same cost as an after school class (4000$). If you would interested in this type of program for your son or daughter please email Caitlin Briggs wi.caitybriggs@gmail.com so that we can determine if this program could run.
