 English Language Arts Teacher
NOW accepting CVs for teachers of English Language Arts for the next academic year 2010 - 2011. Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
- Native speaker of English or near-native with TOEFL scores within the last six months
- A dregree from a U.S, or Canadian university in English Literature, American Literature, or Linguistics.
- A teaching certificate from a state in the United States or a province in Cananda that specifically authorizes English (Not ESL) in grades 1-6 and/or 6-12 or elementary education
- At least three years of teaching expeirence in a classroom setting with children ages 7-13, and/or 13-19
- Experience working with transdisciplinary or interdisciplinary projects a plus but not required
- Experience with AP English Literature and Composition, AP English Language and Composition, or IB English A1 or A2 especially welcome to apply
